Denial of a Pess Release published by the "Congolese Association for Access to Justice" ("ACAJ") on the new Airport construction at Ndjili in Kinshasa, the capital of DRC

Kinshasa new Airport Layout Design

According to the Chinese Embassy in Democratic Republic of the Congo, there was a press release published by the "Congolese Association for Access to Justice" ("ACAJ"), contrary to reality on the new Airport construction at Ndjili.

Firstly, Eximbank China, since its creation in 1994, has never lodged a complaint with legal institutions against the government of the DRC.

Secondly, the construction of the new terminal at Ndjili airport will be financed by a preferential credit granted by Eximbank China, which will be reimbursed over a period of 20 years. The loan agreement has not yet entered into force and is awaiting validation by the Congolese government.

Thirdly, the Chinese Embassy has never been contacted by ACAJ or the Congolese press on the subject. No Chinese diplomat made comments.
