Cérémonie de signature du protocole d’accord (MOU) entre la France, à travers l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD) et la RDC, représentée par l’Agence de Développement et de Promotion du Projet Grand Inga (ADPI) Un protocole d’accord (MOU) a été signé ce lundi 2 février entre la France, via l’Agence française de développement (AFD), et la République démocratique du Congo, représentée par l’Agence de Développement et de Promotion du Projet Grand Inga (ADPI), en présence des autorités et responsables concernés. Cet accord vise à préparer les populations au lancement du projet Inga 3, un projet structurant destiné à améliorer durablement l’accès à l’énergie et à soutenir le développement économique, social et territorial.
