France supports the Etienne Tshisekedi's Promotion of the National School of Administration in the frame of the Covid-19 distance education

France believes in the importance of the State and the role of the senior civil service in the management of public policies which must contribute to the modernization of any country. It’s based on this conviction that it has been, since its creation, one of the very first partners of the National School of the Administration of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. 

The health crisis we are going through is also impacting the students of the Etienne promotion Tshisekedi, threatening the educational continuity that is nevertheless necessary in order to ensure that the future senior officials can acquire the knowledge essential for their training. 

Today, by equipping ENA RDC with high-performance videoconferencing equipment and providing students of an individual internet connection provided by the Orange company, cooperation French allows this pillar of the modernization of the Administration to continue to function. 

The French Ambassador to the DRC, François Pujolas welcomed the establishment of this solution and thanked the Minister of Public Service in the DRC for having enabled the realization of this technological advance. 

"It is also an opportunity to launch the digital transition of the state as expressed in the Digital plan by President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi ", he added, hoping that this initiative be the signal of a deeper change for the benefit of all services public and citizens.
